

11 o'clock Worship Service  After the various Sabbath School divisions finished their programs, the young children joined with the adults in the main auditorium for the worship service. There was much singing and music, a lot of prayer - including a season of prayer, and a message of boldness.
The Sacramento-Capitol City Church Praise Team started the main worship service with song service, just as they had done for the adult Sabbath School.

Pedro Trinidad, pastor of the Concord and Lodi Spanish churches, performed one special music selection for the church service (below) and the Orangevale School Girls' Choir gave both the offertory and another special music selection (above).

There was a special section of seats for those in need of a sign language translator. Various translators assisted throughout the day's program.

J. Kendall Guy (center), pastor of the Oakland-Market Street church, facilitated a season of prayer and invited all in attendance to pray together in pairs or small groups.

Jim Pedersen, NCC president, delivered the morning's message and challenged the members of the NCC to act in boldness for God. |
